Clients can be kitted with a trolley equipped for tracking or eventually incorporated with an interactive terminal (e.g. PDA) for:
- Tracking of trolleys for the statistical purpose of analysing consumer preference and their behaviour whilst in the buying process
- Retrieval of information relative to a specific product (e.g. unit price, price/Kg, provenance, nutritional information, use by date etc)
- News on special offers relevant to the clients’ area of transit
- Information on the obtainment of specific products upon the clients’ requests
- Tracking of the clients’ position in case there is a need for assistance
